So my ship will soon be leaving its harbor. I have grown and experienced much during the past several years, but I felt it was time to explore outside of my harbor

In May of 1998 I graduated from the Chaminade College Preparatory School in St.Louis, Missouri. I then moved to Peoria, Illinois to spend the next four years attending Bradley University.

Upon graduation from Bradley I really had no known destination for my life, but within a few short weeks received an offer to teach World History at Mayde Creek High School in Katy, Texas.

Four years later I packed my bags to begin two years of teaching in Seoul, South Korea.  During my first holiday I visited Vietnam to discover a part of my father's past.  While there, I met Ai lien, and found a piece of my future.
